the question is, when has cotto called out floyd??!!!:hey

pbf's been callin for cotto's ass after the gatti fight. its just that bob arum wont budge because at that time he knw cotto is top rank's rising star and he wouldnt want to lose all the $ by pitting him in with PBF then.

hell even now that cotto's a certified star he still wont call out pbf.:hey

Mayweather fans and their "offers":-( Who gives a **** about him calling out Cotto before?? Both Cotto and Hatton are RELEVANT, right ****ing NOW!! So, forget the BS(DLH should have called out PBF at 47 in 2000, then refused to fight Floyd in 06:lol: ) make things right in present time.

I'm at least slightly optimistic(and glad to hear) that they are pursuing a fight with HATTON. As long as the money is 60/40 for Floyd, Hatton should be willing to face him at 47 and in the US.

Then?? Floyd can talk about Cotto, SSM, and the Margarito vs Williams winner. Those are all legacy affecting oppponents to be faced, if Floyd wants to be as good as he thinks he is.

lol if he comes here to my town to fight ricky i will be compleatly amazed ;)

i dont think he will come to england tho, despite the fact that we could generate more ticket sales here by far.

It'll probably be in Vegas. The casinos can generally outbid other arenas due to all the money they receive when there's a big fight. The live gate is just a part of the ridiculous amount of money they make.

And who told you that Floyd is a Welter?, hell Floyd isn't even a Junior Welter he started at Lightweight. Look for other stuff to pick on. By the way, Cotto isn't even a Welter, he's a Junior Welter, remember?
    Fool.

Mayweather-Cotto is extremely unlikely to happen this winter, nobody is ducking each other in this regard. Cotto always just fights whoever Arum and Top Rank tell him to and Arum's been calling for Floyd to fight Margarito for awhile, not Cotto. Probably a smart thing to do since Margarito has a bigger name in boxing now, and Cotto is supposed to fight him in the winter should Tony get past Paul.

Later on, then we'll see what happens. I have my doubts about Floyd and Bob agreeing at the negotiating tables.

I remember Hatton fighting at the Garden, think it was the Hamed/Kelley undercard or maybe Lewis/Holyfield card.

At this stage in his career, Mayweather seems right to be fighting @ 147. Possible he can fight @ 140. He filled out well at 140 for the Gatti fight. I dunno in the 2 years since if he's properly grown into 147, but it seems like he's in the right class for him at this stage.

I also think Hatton will be better physically @ 147 if they fight as opposed to how he was against Collazo.

That was on short notice, he was supposed to fight @ 140 against Lazcano but HBO turned it down and he had less time.
