Sorry to burst peoples bubble. But if this fight did 1.4 million. Mayweather deserves the bulk share of the Money. He has out done Pacquiao in all head to heads for PPV. I am not a Mayweather guy. But Mayweather deserves the bulk share. The numbers don't lie. Also the livegate for this fight did 11.1 million as well. Well over the 8.8 that Pac-Cotto did. And people say Cotto is a bigger draw then Mosley. In fact, the reason why Pac didn't fight Mosley was because Cotto was considered the the bigger draw. I hate to say, but Mayweather is the biggest attraction in the sport.

again, we have no idea what they were really targeting...

it's normal to tout big numbers when trying to sell a fight

How do you figure? Money is the one generating 1.4 (+) million PPVs, not PacGwire. All roads in boxing lead to Money. Remember that...

The Live Gate was 11.1 Million which surpassed Cotto-Pacquiao and Hatton-Pacquiao.

You're either trolling or naive. No one expected the fight to do 3 mil. Not even Schaeffer. It was hype.

In an AP report over the weekend a spokeperson from HBO said they thought the number would be between 1.4-1.6 million. When I posted it everyone ignored it and ran with that 1.1 number that Kevin moron reported, and the *******s ran with. If I was a betting man I would say that this fight will do 1.45-1.55.

    I didn't predict 2+ plus.

I said 1.5 - 2.0 and I wouldn't be surprised if it broke 2.0 because it was the biggest fight since Floyd-DLH

    Please dont lie.

Pacroid deserves at least 33 % of the revenue no matter what the number is. Floyd should throw in a new Karoake machine and a shipping container full of beads to sweeten the deal.
