    That's like saying Bo Jackson is the greatest running back of all time even though he didn't accomplish nearly as much as Barry Sanders, Walter Payton or Emmitt Smith. As I said, greatness is based on actual accomplishments, not ability and skills. Ray Robinson is the greatest of all time period. Mayweather beating Pacquiao will do nothing to change that fact.
