Arum doesn't give a **** if Pacquiao loses to Mayweather. He only cares about milking his cash cow Pacquiao before the latter retires (2 or 3 fights left).

Do you even bother to read my previous posts?
Mayweather dictates his terms because he is in a postition to do so.
And things will change if Pacquiao becomes the PPV main attraction as Mayweather demands will lose legitimacy. And i guarantee that Arum will have his own demands. It works both ways. That is why it is called NEGOCIATIONS in the first place.

Manny losing in the score cards is real possibility that may affect Arum's plans. But if that happens, it will be a relatively minor setback as the high PPV numbers will easily compensate the loss.

You must be an idiot. Mayweather is not changing "take the test" or fighting at the MGM for GOD himself.

And if Manny loses if affects everything.

You are the real idiot in here. If Mayweather is not changing his stance after losing some leverage, he simply doesn't want to fight Pacquiao. It is simple as that.
Have you ever negociated a deal before? From your previous posts, i guess not.
Let me help you and put you out of your misery: http://www.how-to-negotiate.com/

If Manny loses, it won't be as dramatic as it sounds. We are talking about a proven boxer on the eve of retirement, not a young prospect.

Are you Drunk or high right now? Manny losing on the score cards affects how people look at the fight. This leverage idea is an awful duck excuse. Floyd is not changing ****. And Manny will continue to run scared of that ass beating from Mayweather

We've been waiting 2 yrs for the fight to happen. And now that there's a good opportunity you want to pass it up and wait longer? What kind of fan thinks like that! If it's anyone who should wait it's JMM. He needs to take time off after what he experienced last weekend. Once he clears his head maybe take a fight against a soft touch just to build up morale and confidence. Pac will be there for him Fall or Winter of 2012. That is the best case scenario.

So you think that Floyd only fights the best out there and doesn't give a crap about the payday? Win or lose, Pacquiao will still be a PPV attraction. And that is what matters the most to Floyd's eyes.

Leverage a duck excuse? :patsch How old are you? Are you new in boxing? You are blinded by your fanboyism. Mayweather and Pacquiao will eventually fight each other and i guarantee you that Floyd will soften his position when Arum gains more leverage in the negociation process.

Soften his position on what? Lets hear it idiot? The test is not going away 50/50 split of money is not going away. Fighting in Vegas and the MGM is not going away. So what is it?

I am not Arum but i can speculate on what he will negociate.
The test won't get away but the cut-dates can be negociated.
Initially Floyd wanted a 55/45 split in his favor (shown in the link i provided in one of my previous post). This can be taken to an even 50/50 split or 45/55 if Pacquiao-Marquez IV PPVs have done very well.
The fighting can still be done in Vegas but maybe in a bigger venue which could accomodate 40 000+ crowd.
These are only examples that are popping out of my mind. Arum on other hand may have other demands that we are not aware of.

Of course Pacquiao is a coward, he should be a man and stand up to Arum if he wants the fight.

arum is full of sh*t,ellerbe is 110% b/s,they all are.

but pac does i think half owe marquez an imediate rematch, and floyd can wait for once,he cant be all ducking then as soon as he feels confident to fight pac after pac looks laclusture he wants some, thats not how a champ does it,a real champion wants to fight fighters at their best, not right after a poor performance!.

floyd can go fight khan or canelo,or even martinez!

if anything floyd should hope pac fights marquez a 4th time,it should be war, they cant settle it by boxing again, they just need to take each other out already.

This shows us its never been floyd doing the ducking all along.

Top rank and team pacquiao are ducking floyd mayweather. That's definate
