I know it's cool to not like him. But i'm personaly going to admit, that i really like the guy. His videos are very good and offer something alot differant. The videos at the Garcia Gym with Rios are entertaining. He seems to get a lot of stick on here so thought i'd make a poll.
Elie is a funny guy, kind of like a boxing geek and his videos on the whole are quite entertaining. :thumbsup
everyone likes to make fun of him but he always get some good stuffs, interviews and some exclusives.
hes dedicated, bringing out decent footage the best fighters but hes a dope. asking jose benevidaz how he'd go fighting mayweather or pac...
He brings different type of interview and I usually get a kick out of them. He could use a camera man....but I think he asks good questions and is able to get to people.
Yea he gets decent footage but asks the stupidest and cringe worthy questions and says stupid ****. Honestly I am face palming left right and center whilst watching his videos.
I have mixed feelings about Elie. At times I think hes total ******, and cant for the life of me understand how he gets the sort of opportunities most reporters would kill for. He doesnt know **** about the sport or how to do his job, and yet he was a friggin ringside press scorer at the Rios-Acosta fight :huh? I mean, he had his name and scores read out by Al Bernstein, live on TV. The **** is world coming to? But with that said, hes still one of the very first people I go to when getting my daily YouTube fix. At least his interviews, however unprofessional and ******ed they are, invoke a bit of fun, laughter and entertainment. Id much rather watch his stuff than the countless others who give us the same boring **** all over. How many times can you be bothered listening to a fighter come out with Yes, Im looking forward to this fight, trainings going well bla bla bla. **** that. Id rather see Rios and his friends laugh at Elie. Or Khan answer random stupid questions. Or Floyd call him a butt-kisser. Or Miguel Diaz tell him to **** off and leave his fighter alone. So yeah, keep up the good work, Elie. :good
He either knows nothimng about boxing or hes deliberately 0playing up to the camera. I particularly liked his video where he said Pacquiao should fight Dmitry Salita as he thought Salita was an amzing fighter because he was undefeated in 30 odd fights.
He seems annoying .... however, I respect his hustle and he does get exclusive interviews for you tube followers. So I while not a "fan" I think he does his job well.
