Heno has realized he's onto something with those uppercuts, slipping Soto's punches while allowing him to "come into his parlor", like a spider welcoming a fly. Soto has no plan B except to drive his way inside, winging left hooks, landing some and gaining real estate but eating big flush accurate left & right uppercuts for his troubles.

Soto's effort is admirable, trying for a turnaround in the seventh, using his left forearm to muscle Heno into the ropes so he can bash him with the right - but he is simply eating too many viciously sharp counters to body & head on the way in, often in multiples.

Dougie Fischer has it tied at 66 apiece. He inexplicably scored round 3 as 9-8 for Heno, which just totally baffles me. He is no rookie, he should know boxing is on a 10-point must system unless the ref deducts a point for a foul.
