97-93 Vargas with the 1st round being close to a 10-8 for Shaw.
The opportunities were there for Shaw but he didn't really take enough risks and allowed Vargas to take many rounds by simply outworking him.

I feel that there was an opportunity for a stoppage if Shaw had pressured more but he was strangely inconsistent and had no sense of urgency even after hurting Vargas early

 

So, really, I’ll be a bit surprised if Berlanga is able to get Nicholson out of there in 1. I think his power is real and all, IMO, and I keep being a little more surprised each time, and I expect a KO not too many rounds later, but.........I think it has to end at some point.

 

Because I'm turning in to a super casual more by the minute.. I'm watching the UFC and keeping an eye on this thread.
