Navarrete is going to fight again in four weeks, apparently, on the Fury vs. Wallin undercard. I guess I don't see why not; didn't exactly soak up damage here. Better select his opponent carefully, however. Any of the non-Filipinos in the WBO top 15 are easy night's demolition jobs but he better not think he can breeze through any of the Pinoy boys on a quick turnaround/short camp..

I'm speaking mainly to your "stopped way too early" comment. ESPN had someone die last month on their network. They're not about to have that happen again. DeVaca was taking savage head shots snapping his head back over and over.

So.... does that now mean everyone who fights on an ESPN card dies?

Unless it's Juan Miguel Elorde! That's an easy KO inside two rounds. Still not sure what to make of Santisima since he hasn't really fought anyone. I still have a small sense of belief in Prince Albert and he says he thinks he's ready for Navarrete, but I don't think he is with all the easy taxi drivers he has fought since the Juarez knockout. WAR MARLON TAPALES!

Of course not but did you seriously see this fight ending any other way than Navarette beating the living snot outta him? I mean yeah you did before the fight but I'm talking about what you saw actually transpiring.

I honestly give only tapales a chance of beating him. Pagara has been chomping on vegetables since his ktfo. I don't see elorde holding a candle and santisima needs more seasoning.

Santisima got a step up with victor uriel lopez but got a severe step down last night. Really don't like how he's being handled

ALA has been a mess. They have a couple of quality operators down there but they’re just feeding them scrubs until they get offered a world title shot. It’s disappointing.

Elorde is no world beater yet even he might be able to expose Navarrete. The guy makes Jaime Munguia or Jarrett Hurd seem like the second comings of SRL.

Tbf even the likes of ancajas, tapales or casimero has also fought scrubs before "that step up" opponent. But ALA boys have mostly been choking everytime they truly step up

Having a hard time imagining him losing at feather, tbh.
