Berinchyk is a good fighter and he deserves his shot for the belt. My problem is, why the heck is Navarrete getting this opportunity? He has never fought at this weight, is coming off a draw in a fight where he looked mediocre and still hasn't vacated his belt. This is just a cheap way to become a four division world champion by Navarrete. What's the point of moving when 130 is filled with good fighters and most are aligned with Top Rank?

This is a good fight, don't get it twister. However Navarrete being able to become a 4-division champion in 40 fights with only having beaten two world champions is underwhelming.

That´s the WBO´s magical relationship with Top Rank.
Adrien Broner in 2012 was the last 130lb WBO champ not promoted by Top Rank.

    126lb Scott Harrison in 2005.
TR held the 122ln belt from 2008 to 2020.
And now they have held the 135lb belt from 2018.

Ffs, the WBO literally created the International Welter Title just for Manny. Which clearly was just a ploy to pay sanctioning fees for some gain. It´s pure corruption. Manny had no need for that belt.
