    Sure, I always hope for a great fight, but I like to make predictions as well. Nothing wrong with that.

    Ruskull, were you the one who did a point-by-point refutation of a bunch of Briggs's arguments/conspiracy theories about the K-Bros? That was great.

    I also have slammed him in those front page comments for the race-baiting against totally nice guy by all accounts Sergei Liakhovich. Briggs's behavior was appalling before that fight, no matter how he justified it later.

    I can't take his playing the victim card with asthma too seriously. He's been doing it for so long now. I realize asthma is a serious disease, but Briggs overdoes it a bit.

    No, I agree. I have a feeling that this one is going to be exciting -- just a hunch. More drama than any Vitali fight since Lewis is my bet.

    The only thing that's clear is Wlad doesn't want any part of him, so his brother has to beat him, because if Briggs manages to land on Wlad, it's lights out to the so called "greatest fighter of our generation." sans being knocked down 11 times by bums.

    "Briggs will be the toughest fight of Vitali's career". Not present, but his entire career.

    What basis for that is there? Briggs doesn't hit as hard as Lewis, who landed flush on Klitschko, but didn't knock him out. Briggs isn't a better puncher than Lewis, so there's no reason to suspect a possible knockout. Klitschko has never been knocked down or even severely hurt.

    Wlad improves with Steward in his corner alot. He become a much completer and better boxer, he is in his now in his prime. As a young kid in the division, Wlad makes some mistakes (some because of his old trainer Sdunek), but with Steward he works on these false and neve repeat them.

    Briggs quits on his stool by the 10th round.

    :lol::lol::rofl:rofl:patsch:patsch

    Briggs has gone something like 4 rounds in 3 years he has horrible stamina and asthma which he never let's you forget by the way. The guy is dangerous for maybe 2 rounds if that. The ONLY reason he went 12 with Liakhovich and Ibragimov is because he literally threw 15 punches a round. He is not going to be able to do that with Vitali Klitschko.

    Briggs is a flat footed stationary target and Vitali is going to tee off on him until the knocks him out.

    I question if some of you even watch Boxing. :huh

    I think we all know Vitali is much more likely to do this than Briggs.....
    Briggs is 30lbs lighter than those fights so I don`t think you can assume that he is going to be stationary and throwing barely any punches. Vitali has been guilty of lacking foot movement at times in a few of his recent fights, the way Sosnowski landed clean on him should be enough to raise concerns now that he is against a huge puncher.

    Again, Briggs has been very inactive and he has asthma I don't care if he comes in @ 225 it is not going to change a damn thing the guy is dangerous for 2 rounds and then he wilts away to nothing.

    Lennox Lewis was knocked COLD not once but twice by two journeyman-type fighters. Yet he is still an ATG. It's no crime to get knocked out in the heavyweight division, and getting KO'd is not a barrier to greatness.

    The amount of whining going on before the fight even takes place is sadly typical. I'm not sure if some of these types are even boxing fans, or it they just like to whine about boxing.

    Agreed, should be more like 90-1. Anyone who thinks Briggs has any chance to win is a 100% ******.
