    Why ?

Calzaghe is the number 1 fighter from 160-175, no question.

People like PBF and Forrest aint gonna fight him at that weight (They would lose anyway) . So I assume your ridiculous statement means that you think a lot of Cruiserweights would beat him ?

At this point, I dont listen or believe what Emmanuel Steward says. He has become an HBO commentator gives his opinions as one as opposed to an objective boxing trainer/spectator. He said comments such as "These two are the best in any weight division in boxing right now"... with comments like that, you know he talks out of his ass.
Yes Calzaghe is good and he wins, but he is not at the same level as someone like Floyd Mayweather Jr. HBO would like you to believe that since he is an HBO fighter, but lets be real.

With that said, nowadays, Emmanuel gives everyone credit and says they are the best or best of all time, etc... and everyone fights the perfect fight.

Klitchko's 1 2 would do the same as Pavliks 1 2: Whiplash and a short nap for Joe

Stewart has watched enough gym brawls to know that it is often not the size of the dog that determines the winner.

If Calzaghe had any sense he would be calling out Klitschko. It would be a great PR stunt and would keep his name in the headlines.

At least if Joe gets hit he will stand and fight back as opposed to running around like a crack head looking for his next fix !!!

I dont think Steward was saying Calzaghe would beat everyone south of HW.

I believe he ment, he was glad Calzaghe was not a HW so Vlad wouldnt have to fight against him. Steward was very impressed by Calzaghe.
