Blandamura well ahead for me, outclassing him.

Blandamura scurrying clockwise and throwing a slew of quick jabs into the guard, then peppering in right uppercuts on the midsection. Morrison loads up on a right hand and buzzes Blandamura, but gets held and entangled before he can follow up. Ref warns Blandamura for roughhousing and calls time out so his trainer can tie his freaking shoe. :risas3:

Both men winging BIG hooking shots, landing behind each other's ears. Most of these should be classified as rabbit punches, both ways.

    Round 1 Morrison 10-9
    Round 2 Morrison 10-9
    Round 3 Morrison 10-9
    Round 4 Blandamura 10-9, close
    Round 5 Morrison 10-9
Round 6 Blandamura 10-9, very close
    Round 7 Blandamura 10-9, close
    Round 8 Morrison 10-9
Round 9 Morrison wins by TKO

Blandmura stunned, he holds, then he fires back, lands a hook, rocks Morrison a little, who shells up, Blandamura flurries a little, shoelaces on Emanuele come loose. A few sneaky uppercuts from Blandamura, who's making this round quite ugly. Morrison is gassing badly here. Then Morrison walks into a bombing right hook on the button, and goes down, he makes it back up he's out of it, the ref waves it.

Would seem the judges agree with you, but the British commentators on Sky do not.

I, a neutral American, lean Morrison.

    edit: moot

In the penultimate goddamn round, after I've sat here with my bladder ready to blow a gasket for an hour...bloody hell, Marcus, you couldn't have done that earlier?

Nervous moments for Blandamura here.. Really didn't see that bomb coming, tired as he was.

Man, good thing I didn’t bet this one. Morrison was like +800 by KO or some crazy figure.

Felt like there was a good chance of that happening earlier in the fight but as the fight was starting wind down, I didn’t really see that coming. Well done to Morrison, happy for him. Hope Blandamura is ok though, stretchers are always a worrying sign

They need to get Blandamura to the hospital, he looks drunk off his ass from that shot.

For what it's worth, had I known the massive size differential here going into the fight, I may have edged the advantage to Morrison. It looked like Gassiev vs. Lebedev in there.

Happy for Morrison, hopefully that gives him a boost and he can go again domestically. Working towards a Welborn rematch isn't a bad idea.

Had Morrison KO/TKO 11/2 on sky before the fight very happy with that. I actually had Morrison behind on the cards aswell thought Smith called it right in commentary when he said Marcus was loading up on everything even the jab, it was a shame really because he looked really good in those early rounds when he was keeping it sharp.
By the mid rounds he was just loading the single shots whilst Blandamura would nip in with an eye catching 3 punch combo then clear off again.

Happy for Marcus but worry about how he handles being under pressure when the opponents throwing, looks like his head just goes. Everything Pat was telling him was right he just wasnt doing it.
