Pretty pathetic post....actually embarrassing itself. To bring up a street fight, lol, chavez is usually too drunk to win there either

Embarrassing for Chavez for not even letting people know his weight.. He is doing something wrong and is getting away because of his father..

And people who say Chavez has heart and chin, ask him to move to 168 and show his heart or chin.. or even his weight for that matter, on fight night..

When you get knocked down and you roll instead of getting straight up, your hurt and hurt badly too. With martinez's bravado and trash talk before the fight, im sure he cant except this victory, on a manly pride level, and if he is a real man he has to rematch Chavez asap. Martinez may have one in a great boxing display, but all is in mind was what if wasnt running and Chavez open up.

SN: Martinez look good but this fight exposed him as being one dimensional, very wild, only throws straights, and not sure if he could form solid offense, without his opponent foolishly following him in a straight line. Fighters with an edjucated jabs and d expose Martinez, like Mayeather, Ward and the person i really want to see get a piece of Martinez, Miguel Cotto

When you dominate 11 rounds and beat your opponents face to a pulp, you would have to be a ****** to not accept the victory.

By the time Martinez recovers from his injuries, he would have bigger fights out there than Chavez Jr - namely Golovkin in most likelihood.

That's what you call a bigger fight, that is not even a ppv worth.

I hope Sexy Sergio sees this and corrects it. Thats how Chavez caught him, as he was backing out.

You have to admit it does take away a little bit from a great performance. Imagine in the future kicking back and watching tape of some of your classic career defining fights and seeing yourself flopping around to close the show. I bet Martinez turns off the video after the 11th.

Man... it should hit at his pride a bit, because Chavez is a good fighter, but he is not elite. P.W and even a past prime Pavlik are much better than Chavez.

HBO will build Golovkin up by the time Sergio returns and it will be PPV worthy.

Sergio dominated the kid the whole fight and could have cruise to a shutout in the 12 rnd. Instead he went looking to stop Jr and got careless. In Sergio's carelessness Jr landed a prayer of a punch. Instead of embarrassed he should be commended for not taking an easy way out, then again that's what great ones do. They take risk.

What's so damn embarrassing about getting knocked down once? He got back up and fought off Chavez's attack. Take a look at Jr's face. Also take a look at how many rounds he won. If it's anyone who should be embarrassed it's Chavez.

Knock outs a la Usman Ahmed are embarrassing. Getting knocked down and still being able to stay poised is unarguably impressive.
