Fahad Mulindwa wins by forfeit. Mohammadullah Karimi never came out. His music played and...nothing.

This wasn't even like an Efe Ajagba vs. Curtis Harper situation, where the fighter enters the ring and then leaves before the firstbell. Karimi just straight up no showed.

In the amateurs that would normally be counted as victory by WO for Mulindwa (walkover) but I'm guessing this simply won't show up on his pro record? Or be a NC?

 

Oh man, what a mess.

They've located Karimi and restarted the ring walks. This after Mulindwa had already been declared the winner and dismissed back to his locker room, shrugging & confused.

Was he taking a dump or something? Or maybe his nerves got the best of him and he needed a pep talk? Anyway, here we go...

 

Karimi went ballistic from the start, hurling power shots, going for broke. Mulindwa kept on the run the whole round, getting blasted with overhand rights up top and shovel hooks on the body. Not sure how long Karimi will be able to keep up this pace, obviously trying for a KO1 blitz. Mulindwa staggered multiple times.
