At 147, Griffith wins. Floyd fights at 147 faces off with the top guys at 147, none of this "If you could take the 17 pounds lighter Floyd and make him 147" it doesn't really work that way, especially considering he fits 147 fine. Anyways, Griffith is the bigger, stronger, more powerful fighter, who can box well, and would clearly hold the inside edge. His jab and outside game would allow him to hold his own against Mayweather's pot-shotting, but it's in close range where the edge would be obvious.
