it was really a first rate interview except for the excessive repetition of the lame line "Pacquiao is best at being Pacquiao"

From the very first round it looked to me that Algieri was trying to JMM Pac.

I think the refferee was a bit generous by letting Algieri continue actually. I felt every knock down was legit, Pacquiao won every round and Algieri for all his talk wanted to be out of thee after the 6th.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too soon, but I'm still happy he didn't get KTFO, I supported him knew it was a long shot, I hoped...... but my optimism betrayed me, that's why I prefer my usual pessimism.

From the very first round it looked to me that Algieri was in over his head.

"We anticipated that Paqcuiao would be left handed and punch really fast, it turns out that Tim was absolutely right, and Manny was indeed VERY left handed, incredibly fast, and had an almost uncanny ability to fight JUST like Manny Pacquiao. Manny, is really good at being himself, and I would have to say that Manny being Manny fits him really well. No one is better at being themselves than that person, and Manny, well, it just seems that being a Philipino congress man, boxer, and man named Manny Pacquiao, fits perfectly for him."

I did not buy the PPV, after reading this thread I'm glad I didn't. Fans got robbed by this mismatch. Pac is great, Algieri had no business in title fight with him. If it was on free tv I could understand it, many champs took an occasional easy fight, but to charge $60--then worse, people pay it:patsch
