i must agree. although, if floyd fought ggg for the middleweight title and won 6 rds, i would put him above pac.
I completely agree. I think he is around 25th all time. He is an aggressive fighter who came all the way from 106lbs to dominate guys like a prime Cotto and Margarito (165lbs on fight night). For how small he is and his style, he should get more credit. He was past prime by 2011, yet still did very well after that despite KTFO6 (which did actually steal a part of his boxing soul).
Yes and many consider Floyd top 25 atg and best fighter of this generation, I have them more or less level, just accept they're both different sides of the same admirable coin.
he cant be best fighter of this generation. in 4 fights he couldnt beat Marquez ,and got ktfo. also lost to bradley and floyd
Marquez is a wholly different fighter than Mayweather, they are both intelligent and counter punch and that's about it, so it's no surprise Marquez knocked him out after 3 fights of being jobbed on the decision in his eyes and trading speed for power in 4, though I gave Pac 1 and 2 on decision, Dinamita on 3. Mayweather does not go for the knockout since he moved up in weight and had terrible hand problems, he has all the talent in the world to take more risks without putting himself in much trouble but it is what it is, he beat manny very easily, far clearer than anybody in Pacquiao's whole career, so that is the best victory of his career though he did mock Manny for ages about getting valiantly/idiotically knocked out getting over confident for a few seconds. He still utterly nullified him and made him sheepish from round 1, that's my unbiased opinion as a fan of both guys.
