    Naww , Sugar Ray Leonard is the Greatest WW of all time IMO .

    Manny Pacquiao is one of the most exciting WWs of all time . How bout we go with that one ?

    The one thing Pac did in his most significant wins at welter was drain. his opponent. The other greats did not do that. Pac was awesome in his time , but drained too many of his opponents at welter to be considered hire than Armstrong or Leonard. I know manny is small, but does he need to stand on a stool when you slow blow him down to his balls?
