I know Cotto can beat Pac in the rematch. Thats why Pac chickened-out and avoided a rematch with Cotto.

So why did barrera not ask for a rematch right away? If he wasn't 100% on fight night then he should have ask for a rematch right away and trained harder but instead waited 4 years to get shutout by pac.:hi:

You're right, Pac was only able to KD JMM 5 times and arguably beat him twice in two fights. Yes he KOd Morales twice but that was against a very old Morales, (probably 15 yrs older than Pac) and had 3 more fights than him!:nut

Like you, many also knew that Cotto would demolish Pac in the first fight.

Cause the first fight was sooooooo close that a rematch was warranted...

You really are a bitter Pachater.

As to the thread - You're only as overrated as people percieve you to be - It's nothing you can do about it.

Pac is a humble man - I've never heard him put him put himself on any pedestal - Anybody talking about overrating him is just as able to have the argument turned around and proport he is under rated.

    It's all subjective.

Dude - It was a 115-113 fight on all cards. A clear win, but not a domination and I thought Pac wobbled him at the end.

Boxing is the most overrated sport that begins with the 3 letters "box" and ends with the 3 letters "ing" of all time. Boxhandling is underrated and is the much better sport.

Agree! Not to mention the fact that Pac fought Morales virtually with one eye from round 5 due to a cut resulting from accidental headbutt. If not for that cut, Pac could have won by a came from behind late round stoppage just like in the rematch.
