That mass * acceleration equation cannot be taken quite so literally. Punching technique plays a large part in exactly how much of your body mass is going into a punch.


If a 250lb guy is throwing an arm punch, it's not going to have as much mass behind it as a 135lb guy using proper technique.

 

The mass in mass*acceleration doesn't correspond to a fighter's weight, you imbecile.
