During the 4th round or so, he said something along the lines: ".. And Vitali doesn't fall into a clinch, after finishing a combination he always throws the jab and then steps out of range". Steward liked what he saw.

Vitali gave me a standing ovation in the locker room last night. He has never had a chef/Nutr cooking for him. He said he was shocked how he felt so strong and felt he could have gone 15-16 rounds. He looked awsome. best footwork I have seen from vitali in a very long time (hes not the lightest guy ever on his feet)

All of it really came together with his workouts, food, sparing, swimming, all of it. What a night:happy:happy:happy:happy

Huge difference from the slow sluggish Gomez fight:deal

You don't have to answer if you don't want too or give any details on his exact diet.
But if you can answer i was kinda wondering what kind of quantities does a 6'8 250lb guy eat during a training camp ?

Outside of that, congratulations on a amazing job done... i haven't seen Vitali look this good .. in well .. ever.

    thx.

I have been a chef for 25 years (WOW thats a long ****ing time:yep) Wlad and I have a mutual friend and wlad was looking for a chef 4 years ago. It was for the Peter fight. Si on 3 day notice, I went for 6 weeks to the Poconos and the rest is history. Over the 4 years I have also become the training camp manager. This was my 1st time cooking for Vitali. I think it worked out very good for him. His body responded very well. He was 1 pound heavier but his body shape was totally different.

Just goes to show how inortant nutrition is.

I always say. Bad gas in the car, the car bogs down, GOOD gas in the car and the engine will run at its peak for as long as you need it:good:good

Hell yeah, buddy - good nutrition was the difference between me running 3 hr 30s and breaking the 3 hour barrier in a marathon. Changed up what I ate, bought some quinoa into my diet amongst other things and instantly had energy boosts and an ability to recover quicker than ever before.
