Emmanuel Stewards amateur record: 95-3 ??

    According to Wikipedia:
    "Steward compiled a record of 95 wins and 3 losses as an amateur boxer, including winning the 1963 national Golden Gloves tournament in the bantamweight division"

    That's very impressive, there are great fighters with lesser amateur records. Can anyone confirm this?

    I can confirm this; Steward WAS a national Golden Gloves champion as a bantamweight. A hell of an amateur. Here's another picture:
