Just saw him on totally saturday which seems to be an entertainment show. Certainly put some weight on. Don't see him coming back.
Are you serious? Do you honestly think the fact that he has put weight on will determine wither he fights again or not?
This sounds bad. I can't remember Ricky ever putting on lots of weight; he's always in such great shape, both in and out of the ring.

:good I would say he will come back for a Khan fight, if Amir continues his progress (no foregone conclusion) and Warren feels Hatton is enough of a distance over the hill to warrant the risk.
Depends really. If he won he probably would; people talk a lot about Hatton having a farewell fight, some soft touch he can look good against. The problem with that is that it could breed confidence in Hatton, convince him that he's the same Ricky he always was and its now time to rematch Pac. Most fighters retire on a loss; thats just the nature of the sport. If he lost it would really come down to the manner of defeat; a close decision loss could pave the way for a rematch, and Hatton might feel that since he came so close first time he could make adjustments that might work in a second fight. A blowout loss however would undoubtedly lead to retirement IMO. I think he should just bow out now; his punch resistance, which was one of the main assets of his game, seems to be seriously on the slide. There aren't really any realistic winnable match-ups left out there for him that will add anything to his legacy. Of course he could just stay for the money, and thats were Khan comes in; I'm sure Hatton would see Khan as a winnable fight, and also realise that it could pull him in some serious money (well, something to add to the pile he already has anyway)
People have only really been saying this since Pacman clouted him, but getting put to sleep by walking into a full power left hook doesn't mean you have a bad chin. Hatton shouldn't come back because he has proven his inability to box at a technically elite level beyond a shadow of a doubt; and risking his beer belly to be humliated once more isn't really justified by the payday it would engender.
Thing is, mate: Hatton was knocked down twice before he was KO'd and Lazcano had him wobbled after the PBF fight as well.
Spot on:good There was also the Colazzo fight were he was almost out on his feet near the end. He's also lost a bit of bounce in his step and fights a lot more flat-footed, leaving him more open to shots. The Hatton that fought Mayweather was not the same one who fought Kostya, and I'm not refering to the jump up in weight either.
I recall a good few posters in the Brit Forum (wouldn't even mention the the GF:-() mentioing Hatton's punch resistance before the fight. I recall respected pundit Jeff Thomas () was one of them; he can come on later on and prove me wrong (I'm not 100% sure TBH)
