Let me beat the Haters to the excuses.

    PAC IS TOO SMALL!!

PBF is ducking Mosley that's why he fought Pac.!!

He should be fighting Paul Williams!!

PAC was damaged from te Cotto fight!!

Any sane fan who knows boxing knew that Pac would beat his last four opponents. PAc has not done the impossible. Beating Floyd at 147 would come close.

DLH's best weight was 147! Maybe 135! Sure at that stage of his career 154 was probably his most comfortable weight and that is why that was one of floyds very best wins. Ricky did win rounds against Floyd with his pressure and activity. He didn't win many rounds BUT....Floyd had his toughest fight ever (his words, not mine) when he faught Ricky. EM and MAB were not finished when PAC beat them. PAC faced MAB who was P4P when he dominated him. He faced EM who was a top fighter when he lost a close fight...he avenged that loss 2 times over in completly dominating fashion. You want to talk about JMM being dominated but you fail to acknowledge PAC dominating Ricky and DLH FAAAAAAR moreso than Floyd. So YES......lets talk resumes since you brought it up! I didn't have any excues when PAC lost to EM. I PICKED EM TO BEAT PAC! I also picke EM to beat PAC in the rematch. I didn't buy into all that BS about gloves brah...EM was the better man that night. But that wasn't the very best PAC which is evident. PAC was still progressing as a complete fighter. How is Floyd's Resume filled with "substance"? I mean....it has substance..it's a good resume, but Floyd is a GREAT boxer. His Resume falls short of the kind of talent Floyd most certainly is. You can remove DLH, Hatton and Cotto and PAC still has a stronger resume than Floyd.

How can you ever come to a realization about the greatness of PAC when all you do is look at the Past. Nard lost his first fight as a pro as well.....but if he based Nard career off of one of his losses you or any other "boxing fan" would have missed an incredible career of a true great. Same with PAC. Fighting in PI....having little to no AM background, none of the facilities that most boxers are accustomed to and still becoming a World Champion says alot about PAC even with these obstacles.

Sure you can say a past his prime EM gave PAC hell. But just b/c a fighter is past his PHYSCIAL PRIME doesn't mean he's not operating at the sports highest levels. Take Nard, Shane, MAB, EM, JMM....all past their physical peak but at some point they were at their overall best! Most fighters arent at their physical peak when they are at their overall best! When fighters don't have the kind of experince, championship rounds, big fights ect....there is no way to be at your overall best no matter how prime you are physically.

We'll see what a prime Floyd can do against a Prime PAC b/c both are physically at their PEAK and overall at their very best. JLC would have gave all those fighters a fight in their primes.....he wouldn't have beat any of them...just like he fell short with Floyd. Elite vs very good always equals out to a "W" for the Elite fighters.

Of course styles make fights! This is boxing. ....which is why PAC destroying Hatton and DLH vs Floyd struggling with both means little to me. It's a style match up situation where PAC's style got him a win in more devastating fashion than Floyd. It doesn't mean Floyd won't beat PAC! But given the fact that these guys are operating with the same kind of special talent and ability it's safe to say Floyd won't have an easy time with PAC when he's struggled with lesser fighters.

I know your mind won't change b/c I'm kicking knowledge but it doesn't change the fact that this debate is fun for me and enjoy it.:good

Dude.......you are insane to think what you posted is true. There were many folks in the boxing world who ****ed up their predictions. If it had anything to do with being "sane" then there would be a bunch of insane mother ****ers who are suppose to be boxing gurus...trainers, writers, historians ect.

I think the fight will be stopped on cuts. After about 4-5 rounds as Mayweather gets comfortable and Pac gets more and more frustrated, Mayweather will pick him apart.

Bottom line, Mayweather isn't used to losing ... and I doubt someone less skilled than him will be able to do the job.

Zak2 I'm glad you brought that up because that is going to be next ... well Pac was too small or he wasn't as skilled as you ... why don't you fight the winner of Berto/Mosley ... or why don't you fight Paul Williams.
