Now change "Drink" to "Hand wraps" and we might be on the same wave length. You do know that what was found in Margarito's hand wraps was 1x4 in size, and not a block of plaster. You know this?

You can tell if something is in your gloves or wraps..its not hard to tell...I mean you can check my past posts from before the hearing...I didn't make any comments till after that hearing..They already said something illegal was found they juss haven't said what is all!:good have him take a polygraph to see if he tellin the truth...People think there easy to pass but TRUST THERE NOT!

We have no idea how subtle and easy to spot this substance was because it has yet to be confirmed. If it is is 1x4 in size, and the commission can miss it, then I also feel there is a possibility Margarito could have been oblivious given the hysteria of the event. Would just like to clarify, it was the commission's main concern and job to make sure everything was legit, and not even they noticed any deficiency with the wrapping. The fact 15 people touched the "illegal substance" during the interim, which was taken to Mosley's dressing room, only draws more questions.

I appreciate your opinion, but I shall wait for something conclusive mid-March.

What happens to Shane Mosley doesn't concern me as goes the case with Margarito.

As for the wrongdoing, Capetillo has admitted to loading Margarito's gloves. That's really all I need to know. The bottom line being that Capetillo was loading Margarito's gloves.

In which case, your mind is already made up, by your own admission. On that basis, this debate can no longer serve a purpose.

In regards to Shane Mosley, you should refer to the thread title.

Sure, my mind is made up by Capetillo's admission of guilt. There's no question there, nor is there even a debate to be had.

In regards to Shane Mosley, it is entirely separate from my considerations of Margarito. What Margarito did in no way has any bearing on what Mosley did, and vice versa... and as such, the two cases can be considered separately.

Capetillo admitted to "making an honest mistake". Likewise, the commission admitted to something very similar when they apologized for handling the issue in a unprofessional manner. In my view, considering more than 15 people were allowed to touch and possibly tamper with the "illegal substance" that is yet to be identified, Margarito should have been cleared on a technicality. The evidence is effectively tainted, as a result.

There is no debate on whether or not Margarito had something illegal in his hand-wrapping, but the extent to how severe Margarito should be punished is determined on the "illegal substance". If it was a horse shoe, then perhaps Margarito should be spending some time in the penitentiary. In the event that the substance was actually a 1x4 knuckle pad that was subtle enough to get past the commission, then we need to reevaluate the extent of Margarito's punishment.

If Margarito should be considered a cheater, then I believe Shane Mosley should be mentioned in the same vein. Of course, two wrongs do not make a right, but I was not the first to address Mosley. The thread starter was.
