Well that video didn't have anything new. Run, jump rope and punch a heavy bag....... Hmmm.

Well, there isn't much more to go on, is there?

Doing the stuff above consistently should surely be enough.

Distance runs, sprints, HIIT, hill runs, rowing, swimming, bike, jump rope, weights, sandbag training, bodyweight, sledgehammer training, tabata, complexes, circuits, pulling a weighted sled, pushing a weighted sled, push a car/truck around, prowler, punch drills. Many, many ways of endurance.

Why it always comes down to distance running with boxers I don't know.

  7. Run 10-12ks preferably with a hilly course.

Yep, there is a definitive science to it and a big difference in energy system expenditure between a 4 x 3 Pro fight, 3 x 2 Amateur, and 3 x 1 Toughman.

To be a step above your comp it is recommended to train for pro fights by stretching your runs out to 30-40 mins (intervals too), even tho most AM fights will only be about 8 mins combined, you want to be able to fire evrything you got without even the smallest chance of fatigue

Whats the thing when you bend your knees, touch the ground with your hands, jump up putting and holding your hands up? Did only a 125 of these with a set of 25 and i was exhausted.

But 2 weeks... how much improvement in aerobic and anaerobic capacity can you realistically achieve in that short amount of time?

Even the really athletically gifted fighters go on 8-16 week training camps. If you go all out in the next two weeks, you'll probably enter the competition exhausted.

Why did you wait until now?
