There are many Poles in my city here in Germany. They are doing an car parade, everywhere Polish flags! Damn, they freak out over Froch's win. But he did a lot for Polish boxing!
I doubt the fans saw it in these terms. However, George Groves was supposed to be the new great white hope. I don't think Froch read the script; winning against the twenty-six-year-old is one matter, but the brutal KO was a bit cold-hearted...
