I want to start out by saying the man is brilliant. However, he's a lower weight fighter who relies on stamina and speed. He's 28 now and it's unlikely he'll be able to keep up his relentless pressure in his 30's. He'd better have a good jab and know how to use it. Otherwise, he'll become a shooting star too soon.
Don't get too attached.... The Monster Inoue is coming, and when gets him its not gonna be pretty, melted Chocolatito will be all over the canvass.:nod
True, but doesn't that make him even more vulnerable to declining in the near future. Smaller, physical lower weight fighters are usually declining by the time they are 30, 31.
I wasn't following him for too long, only the last couple of fights. But one thing I noticed is that he only very recently started to make decent money. 2016 is very crucial for him in that way. Can he still do what he does after making millions and become a celebrity? That's a big mental challenge. He could just move up when he shouldn't have for a big money fight and just get knocked out. It could happen. Then again I know very little about him so this is a very generalized comment.
