Fury can box very well as a southpaw, is bigger, stronger than Usyk, Fury has a better engine than AJ, moves incredibly well..

And he feints beautifully.. throw in his size and weight and AJ is gassing after 6-7 rounds.

I think this fight just exposes what Fury would most likely do to AJ, he would just box his face off.

Unfortunately the people who readily come to mind like Eddie Futch and Manny Steward are not around. Floyd Mayweather Snr or even Freddie Roach might not be idea. In Britain Shane McGuigan would be a good one.

More than likely that was on Khan.

All Goosen said in between rounds to Khan was "box", a little vague.

A very bad habit I have noticed is when AJ is fighting a noticeably smaller man he crouches down to fight to their size.

OK, look, I'm not a fan of McCracken, I don't hear anything in that corner when he speaks that is impressive or inspiring..

Last night, I believe between 10-11 he said to AJ "stick behind the jab", feel free to Correct me if I'm wrong, may have been a round before.

But.. AJ needed a KO on most cards with 2 rounds to go and McCracken is basically telling him to box his way through the last two rounds in a fight he is behind in against a man who has outboxed him for at least, minimum 7 of the previous 10 rounds.

Where is the urgency and honesty? Where is the "You need to go after him, you need a stoppage"

It wasn't close, it wasn't a fight AJ was winning and it wasn't a fight where AJs jab had any real impact.

AJ will stick with McCracken, but they need to have a talk, a sit down and McCracken needs to be allowed or have the courage to read AJ the riot act if he needs to, really tear in to him because it is just too passive and friendly at times.

Khan isn't very good at comprehending or expressing more than one word put together.

Mccrack may have been thinking "If I tell AJ to go for it he might well get KO'd, so I'll tell him to box carefully and possibly/probably win a robbery decision". Whyte thought they'd rob Usyk, many more cynical observers thought so too.

And if you look at the 12th round, Usyk came very close to dropping a completely spent, badly hurt AJ and may have done so with the extra 6 seconds he should have been given if the bell hadn't been rung prematurely. So if AJ had gone for it in say round 9 and on, there's a very good chance he'd have been badly hurt and gassed several rounds earlier and been taken out.

Doesnt AJ have, something like 4 trainers to begin with?

As it was said before, bad workman always blames his tools. Fault lies with AJ. Not his trainer.

Manuel Steward might of given him another dimension but that ship has long sailed.

You are correct but even worse you can hear him telling AJ to keep doing what he was doing that he was doing well which he was not. I was critical in his training of Howard Eastman and Carl Froch. Please let him stick to the GB amateur squad that is his level. As a boxing coach he has no special effects.

I don't know what you saw yesterday but imo joshua looked in really great physical shape. He looked pretty fast to be honest and good stamina also for aj, he also moved his head and everything was there. I had more the feeling aj needs a mental trainer or a psychologist. He was overwhelmed physical and missing confidence. When he fought wladimir he was so self sure and confident and since the ruiz fight its lost.

He needs a mental coach and self belief
