i like the tags you have here :coward, ducker, glass jaw, glass jawed fraud, stay at home disgraces".keep up the good work alien, and maybe it's time for the "vitaly is a glass jaw fraud" topic of this week.i hope you make a new one special next week, something like "bute **** his pants" or something...
The knockdown happened two seconds before the end of the fight. All Bute had to do is to get up, which he did. It isn't his fault that the time keeper and the ref ****ed it up.
he's not a product of US television, the skills speak for themselves and Ottke had some good defenses because he had good opponents in his weight class with the guts to fight him Ottke never left Germany, Bute never leaves Canada, Ward never leaves the US, Hopkins rarely left the US, dont think Jones ever left, Toney did a once or twice the back yard excuses is dumb because most guys dont travel with the title If there was no super 6 or if Bute was in the super 6 he would have been fighting the top guys but i mean its really like a super 3 cause the only really top guys in it were Kessler, Froch and Ward the best 3 guys got locked up in a tourney and Stieglitz hasnt been made but i dont doubt Bute would beat him as for the guys Bute has beat Bika is no walk in the park, Berrio can punch and was pretty dangerous, Magee seemed like a tricky fighter, Mendy was a mandatory Hes fighting whoever he can, he made an offer to Kessler and Kessler declined I think its safe to say Bute will fight the S6 winner or loser but i get the idea both those men will avoid him for a little while after
75% of the people on this Forum doesn't know **** about boxing. They judge a fighter just on his resume and not on his skills at all. You don't need to be Freddie Roach to see that Bute is a great boxer. I did not wait to see Roy Jones facing Hopkins in 1993 to know that he was so special. The people underrate too much the fact that Bute is the best body puncher in the world No matter who he will face and no matter the chin of his opponent...nobody has a good liver. You saw Johnson beeing scared to death all fight long of the uppercut to the liver. He had his right elbow right on his body all fight and he did not want to throw his right hand. Don't worry, when Froch will feel it he will become hesitant because he never experienced a pain like that
See, it's these kind of premature, unknowledgeable poster that make people dislike Bute. This poster has never seen Bute in the ring with an "A" class fighter, yet he assumes Bute is the "best in the world" at this, and "World-class" at that. At this stage, nobody can be sure that Bute is "World" anything, other than selling out stadiums to pimps, hoes, and Jons, in Canada. :yep
Well, I agree we need to see Bute in there vs top opposition before we can gove a true account of his abilities, but he just dominated Glen Johnson, which is a decent barometer considering he he had just come off a tight loss to Froch, who is the guy peoPle are saying Bute can't compare to. The in-ring respect that a guy like Johnson of all people gave Bute's skills tells me something.
That was an one armed 42 yo version of the journeyman, Johnson. Froch fought a Johnson with two arms, who actually threw and connected with several right hands. What you think was respect from Johnson was actually his realization that he couldn't do much offense with just a left jab. Still, Bute's power has shown it lacks the ability to stop an one armed 42 yo war torn veteran.
