Yeah!! These elementary school posters are very delusional ad misinformed. They didn't forget. They never knew.
Thank you. That's exactly how I see it; thinking vitali could beat the greats of yesteryear does not mean he has achieved what they achieved.
Vitalis claim to fame is, he NEARLY beat Lennox Lewis. He was winning, until the fight was stopped. But hey, so was Bruno, i guess Brunos an ATG as well, he has a better resume as well.
could one of these klit fans please explain why vitali is an atg. tell me about his resume, best wins etc
exactly he LOST to the shot fat version of the last champion when he was PRIME. they tells you the level he is at.
Cut out this Dempsey and Fitzsimmons dreaming. Those 2 never fought black fighters so they don't count. Jack Jonhson at 6 ft and a counterpuncher essentially stands no chance. Norton's chin don't last 5 rounds with VK.
yet chris byrd, a natural 175lber, made vitali look like a fool and then forced him into one of the ATG quit jobs. so your argument is just blown to bits right there.
20 fighters that would beat vitali and 20 fighters that are greater than vitali is a completely different concept styles make fights. Not sure where he is on my list.
Vitali is possibly doing more for any future ATG ranking by fighting and dominating during his old Vitali comeback than he did in his prime. Beating Adamek convincingly at the age of 40 will be a good achievement and one that he can build from. Good post. Vitali will have to fight on for many more years to surpass any of these guys on an ATG list, but head to head is a completely different story So the weight a fighter starts their pro career is there natural weight forever? Total shite
byrd was a natural 175lber, he bulked up to fight at heavy for money. after his heavy career he went back to 175. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzWWP-XPiLE&feature=related[/ame] watch his interview.
those guys have great resumes and other examples of being a warrior to kind of make up for it. vitali has neither.
Another "Big Man" fan. Of course, you have to be completely ignorant of boxing history to think that a bigger man beats a smaller man by default. Boxing history has shown that the smaller man usually wins. An the most dominant champions have all been relatively small. Marciano, Dempsey, Louis and even Ali were cruiserweights in their first few fights. If you just try for once to think like an adult, you'll realise that "big" does not mean "better". I know when you were a boy you loved big trains and trucks, but you're an adult now.
