That man is fernando montiel. He has been the best fighter for years @ 115 pounds and took a close decision loss to a big 118lb'er in johnny gonzalez. The same JG that floored izzy vazquez. For Vic's sake he needs to test the waters of these bigger men by taking on montiel. If he beats nando then he has truly earned the right to call out izzy and rafa.

Montiel is a hell of a fighter. I think he stops Vic. He is very precise and he has 1 punch KO power.
Montiel has declared he is moving up to 118 and can no longer make 115. He is gonna vacate the WBO just search montiel on espn.com
donaire would be free some summertime...montiel is done @115...it's a dangerous fight for montiel considering that he is having difficultly meeting the weight
Montiel was also coming back from surgery in his last fight, so the time off and diet didn't help at all with the weight.
