For a man with no power to speak of Afolabi has knocked out Enzo and he very nearly knocked out Huck, he had him doing the chicken dance.

That is not the case at all, his knockout record could more likely be attributed to his clownish attitude in the ring.

I agree the Haye fight ruined him psycologically - but it is understandable that would be a major confidence blow to anyone.

Before the fight - he believed he was the best crusierweight in the world - to get that knocked out of your system in quick time must make you question yourself.

Maccarenelli wasnt smug - it was Haye who was the smug ******* in that fight.

It was Haye who was having them little smirks and cocky comments.

I wouldnt call Enzo smug - but I agree that his ego was massively overblown.

Enzo has a massive ego - and could not even accept Haye beat him fair and square or that Alfobai did or that Lebdev could live with the "real" Enzo.

His ego was massive even after those defeats - and he even bragged in the local paper that a footballer actually apologised to him for tackling him in a footabll match

Make no mistake - Enzo is really big headed - but thats why it must hurt so much to think you are the best - only to get destroyed by Haye, etc.

I dont think he is shot physically - despite bad swelling against Lebdev, etc

But I think the subconcious psycoloigical damage those defeats caused might be too deep to just simply shake off.

I doubt he will ever be a WBO Champ again.

I dont think his slurred speech has anything to do with taking too many punchs - its how alot of Swansea townies talk.

If he wants to get the EURO title then he will have to face Lebedev again as he is challenging for the vacant belt in the not too distant future. Does Enzo do rematches? I don't think he does as he never took Swaby on again. Once Rob Norton gets robbed by Dominic Vea for the Commonwealth, Enzo and him should get it on. A British title would be a good step for Enzo, he never won it before it and would raise his stock. Certainly better than some "Intercontinental IBA" piece of crap he is probably going to end up fighting for... good luck to the kid though.
