Enzo explains why Joe will not be fighting "The Ghost". [yt]ncwPyFbfk1Q&feature=related [/yt] [yt]DG3jO_hBtJc&feature=related [/yt]
lol This was posted in the Brit forum a while ago, and no-one could fully understand what he was talking about in there either.
I couldnt understand anything the guy said...but unless he said " Me and Joe , well we are scared of that Pavlik fellow" then he was lying. No one likes to be knocked out by a dude with a chicks name.
So they offered him a fight after Lacy, when Zuninga was Pavlik's biggest scalp, and then again after Pavlik/Taylor 2 but NOW he isn't good enough. The more you try to make this NOT look like a duck, the more it does look like a duck. :deal
From what I can gather, and it's real hard to make out... That beating Taylor ("who's a slow puncher"), and Locket ("who's no Joe Calzaghe") is not enough to earn a fight with Joe. Pavlik doesn't deserve a shot "off the back of beating Locket." That Joe, and Enzo want to be rewarded! That they want the toughest fight out there, and it's the best verses the best. That Jones was very impressive in his last fight. It's said that Jones maybe past his best by the interviewer; but Enzo says it is a big maybe. That Pavlik can't just stick his hand up and say I'm next - he has to earn a fight with Joe. That Pavlik doesn't even deserve to be spoke about. That Joe doesn't care for Pavlik, and has no will or passion to fight him. That Joe wants to go out in flying colours, beat the best "the best beats the best".
Thank you :good Sounds a bit like jibberish to me. Trying to convince HIMSELF of what he's saying then anything else.
I've always thought that old Enzo was either mental, or an alcoholic. That interview proves that I was right on both counts, he's obviously pissed as a **** and still talking crap that even an alcoholic would be ashamed of. Jones is only 'maybe' past it now is he
