The big difference sunday morning was in the corner, what if Enzo trained Kessler, in the future ? Kessler won a lot of supporters in Cardiff, so why not change trainer/manager - and fight from Cardiff ??

Well Joe was born in England ? I think people in Wales like good fighters
( even if they are vikings ) he would have to go easy about his mom thou!

You have to excuse me I'm a big Kessler fan, surprise!
But he needs a better corner, he's a very special talent and I'll hate to see it wasted by bad management.

    Who does Enzo train?

I mean training Joe Calzaghe isn't that big a deal - he is so talented that I could proberbly do it. I agree that Kessler could use a change - I'm just not that convinced that Enzo is the solution...

Kesslers corner told him to hit hard all the time, I'll guess his workrate would fall then, next thing was you have to do somthing I'm not sure what, just do it??????
Bad work in the corner IMO.

I don't think Kessler needs to be psyked up that much - I think he needs guidance, when he runs into problems. Richards advice during the fight was: "Hit him more" and "hit him harder" ...

Richard also has a tendency to exaturate the cards to make his fighter fight harder - for instanse versus Mundine he tolled Kessler that the fight was a draw before round 12 and that Kessler needed to win the round to win - Kessler won the fight 120-108, 117-112 and 116-112... he did the same versus Calzaghe and I think it got to Kessler - who seemed diselusient at times - although he fought on to the end. I'm sure that if Kessler had been guided better between rounds he could have made a closer fight - after all he wasn't that far behind Calzaghe.

Mikkel definitely could benefit from better trainers/managers...I don't know whether Enzo is the BEST man though...it's a funny thought though - if Enzo was to train any of Joe's past opponents, it would be Mikkel Kessler. :yep

Kessler might benifit was training with the great Enzo Calzaghe, he could never match Joe though.
