Just wanted to express my opinion on the man who should be kept from all camera's and media as he nothing decent to say.

I was a fan a few weeks ago before he started coming out with unintellagable bulls#it after his fighters lose.

    1. he went on the record trying to play down david haye and saying that he proved nothing in beating his man macca. (even though macca had never beaten a top 30 in his life)

    2. before rees fought this weekend he stated that if rees took on khan 'it would be the easiest night of gavin's life'!!!!!

post fight in the interview after rees got tanned, he kept going on how rees was still the champion? he should have retired rees on his stool in the 10th IMO.

this is very dissapointing behaviour from a man previously awarded 'trainer of the year' - had absolutely no idea on tact or integrity.

he seems to have a personal grudge with britains best prospects (khan and haye) - maybe because it took his son 10 years to become recognised and these guys got it early. i'm concerned with the guy and have no interest anymore on what he has to say.

    what's your views on enzo?

I used to think he was a bit of a character and was a bit of entertainment to Joe's dour personality but since Joe beat Lacy, Enzo has been in the spotlight more and more. And since he won Coach of the Year, he is coming out with all sorts of tosh. Trainers back their fighters up all the time but he just gives zero respect to opponents of his fighters anymore.

So yes, I'm very disappointed with his recent behaviour too.

The weird thing is, I remember Enzo really making a big deal out of some of Joe's opponents. Bika being a recent one. Then he shows no respect to Kessler at all! Bizarre.

If Macca never beat a top 30 guy then SHOULD Haye have that much credit for beating him ??

    hey man, good point.

    i don't think enzo was saying that his man was crap and haye shouldn't get respect. enzo was actually said something like;

    - haye only threw 4 punches in the 1st
    - haye took 4 solid punches to take out enzo, how will be be able to ko at HW
    - enzo would have beaten him in the later rounds.

sour grapes if you ask me!!!

Rees said that the punches did hurt and he was hit so hard in the 3rd he couldn't remember some of the fight.

Rees made me laugh just before the 12th round. Enzo said something like "You better land some big shots now", Rees just laughed and said "I'm not very good at those"

enzo is known for his psychologcal games he plays on other figthers and their managers e.g kessler he all fight in press conferences he just dismissed kessler as a "european figther" that joe would knock out.

Deep down enzo knows the deal but to the press/public he trys to get the other side rattled maybe put them in a false sense of security etc
its just mid games guys enzo in private knows what the real deal is, dnt read to much what enzo says to press etc. I think it was joe who gave it away in his post fight with kessler when a reporter asked that his dad didn't take kessler as a big threat, and joe said that was the plan to make them think joe was going to walk threw kessler and knock him out etc etc as in private he never been pushed so hard by is dad and he never been so focused etc

He still maintains that if the fight had gone 12 Haye would never fight again. You shouldn't be allowed to say stuff like that if you're not actually capable of going 12.
