'Enzo Maccarinelli will return to the ring on Saturday 6 December to fight American Jonathon Banks for the vacant WBO world cruiserweight title. ' I dont know about you guys but i feel this title shot is greatly undesearved, i mean he has not even had a comeback fight but as always daddy frank warren had a word with his palls at the WBO this is a joke
yeh, maybe a fight before title fight but remember he lost to a guy who went straight up to heavy weight and left the belts so perhaps he should have first call on a belt. now haye is gone i think he deserves one.
It was always a cert to happen though, I don't know why you'd be surprised at this. I said at the time when Enzo had been whalloped by Haye that he could still have his old belt back in a month. It's Banks I don't know too much about.
that card in england on dec 6th with enzo added is shaping up to be ok, biggest fight this side of the atlantic is still carl froch though
Enzo - "i have to prove a lot of people wrong"... i don't really think that this is a problem.. i just think that no one really gives a ****. I would be more excited turning up to the opening day of a chair sale
When referring to the WBO, don't put the word 'WORLD' either during or after - you confuse. The WBO isn't a world title, in the same way that the WBU, WBF and IBC aren't. It is a Micky Mouse trinket.
Should be a good fight. I still think Enzo has a lot to offer. I have only seen Banks once and he didn't look good. However im not going to write him of after this one performance. It could have just been a bad day at the office. I have heard he tires quite badly during fights though when they go past the middle rounds. This could be bad for him if he doesn't get Macca out of there early as Macca does have a decent engine on him. Should be a decent bill. Cook defending his title, Khan's comeback, Harrison-Rogan and now this fight. Is the DLH-Pac fight later that night?
