Boiling down to light heavy isn't exactly going to make his chin any sturdier... and some of the light heavies can seriously bang.
I cannot believe anyone is saying it's feasible for enzo to make lhw without sacrificing strength, stamina and power. He's what 6"4? The guy cannot do it safely.
Wish him the best. Always come over as a decent bloke.. really would like him to retire though. Wouldn't want to see him hurt.
He surely couldn't make LHW with any punch resistance left? He would be knocked out by a few domestic guys at LHW, I would have thought. That would be a mistake.
He's got no confidence. No chin. No defence. He's just become another one of them fighters who carried on for too long. Could be a damaged man by the time he is 40 years old............he already slurs his words now.
Swansea mush isn't it Abertawe! Think's he may be able to boil down, but would be wise to do it slowly, and a comeback at Cruiserweight should come first.
Enzo's best weight is probably around the 13st mark, when the Cruiser limit was still 13st 8lbs he often came in below this, even though he bulked himself up when the limit was moved to 14st 4lbs he was always giving away natural weight and strength to naturally bigger fighters No way could he consider a move to heavyweight, despite his height he does have the frame to carry extra weight (IF he could actually put any more on) But I feel the last half stone from 13st to 12st 7lbs would be murder if he wanted to do Lightheavy, as someone else said he would be burning off muscle leaving him more fragile than ever After the Frenkel fight and being victim of the WORST refereeing I've ever seen, I really think retirement is the sensible option
He has to work on his defence! he has taken alot of punishment and i dont know if he can perform that well after the frenkel fight!
