Can Enzo upset the apple cart here? I really believe he can. He managed to beat Ovil in a rematch not long ago and he has a significant reach advantage, which wouldn't have made much difference vs a prime Jones but will probably be a factor now.

I'm going for Enzo by KO. I'm on the fence about who I want to win although I'd probably like to see Jones Jr win more. I just have a bad feeling for him in this one. What do you all think?

Yes ovill is a live opponent that Enzo went all the way with and sent him home. Ovill probably tougher than rjj at this point in time

I actually slightly favor Enzo "on his back" Mac for this one judging how long it's been since Roy legitimately beat a decent fighter.
It dates all the way back to 2009 when he beat a way down on the slide Lacy at age 40.

Upset????? Jones is a shot 46 year-old with heavy legs, sluggish relflexes and little punch resistance left. He's been finished as a decent fighter for over 10 years now.

Jones hasn't lost for a while.. so maybe I'd favour him.. but FFS.. Enzo is old.. and RJJ is like 1 or 2 generations before him.

    Maybe Jones can Bhop him.

Because of his opposition and a blatant gift. Please don't compare that to B-Hop who actually fought a much higher level of opposition since their rematch.

So is this for the WBA title or not? Fat Dan seems to think not but Hrunov and the promoter formerly known as Frank are advertising it as a world title fight.

Big fan of Enzo, very likeable guy and I hope he wins. It would be a good ending to a roller coaster career.

It's not. Then again this is the WBA and anything could happen.

    Roy stops Enzo mid rounds.

Enzo has never been good against skillful fighters. And even though Roy is five levels slower than he was, when he was untouchable: he is still faster on his worst day than Enzo is on his best day.

It did seem more than a little ridiculous but as you say, this is the crazy world of the WBA.

I also can't see what this fight does for either man without a strap on the line. Fat Dan seems to think RJJ isn't interested in fighting for a regional strap.
