Starts in a little under 2 hours and 20 minutes in Brisbane, from @ 1900 AEDT (3am EST) with probably the full nine-match bill on the docket.

I'm going to set my alarm but, honestly, no promises of my even making the main event, let alone the co-main. @Somachenko you planning to be up for this?

I’ll be up, passed out yesterday afternoon/night for a good 5 hours so I’m wide awake. It might not have my full attention for the first few hours though

At this pace, you’ll easily make it even if you oversleep your alarm. All that’s happened is two very mediocre lads made their debut and won by UD4

Never mind lmao they robbed Timacoy Williams for some strange reason and the commentators are bemused

And they’re straight up blasting the judges, saying it’s bad even for Australian standards LOL great self awareness

“One of the oddest decisions I have ever seen in Australian boxing”

In reality, you could maybe made the case that Snook won two rounds but I’m not sure how one judge has given him three rounds, let alone the one jackass who gave him all four. Truly horrific judging lol I feel for Williams. He happens to be the one Australian prospect who takes an undeserved L in his debut

This Hobbs-Nansen women’s fight is actually quite entertaining. One of the better fights on the card so far

If it wasn’t in Australia, I’d actually think Nansen had a fairly good chance of the win.
Just as I said that though, she got massacred by a clash of heads and is bleeding horrifically. I’m surprised that the doctor is letting this continue lol

Hobbs deserved to win probably but that was very close. I’d watch it again if they ran it back.

Dennis Hogan is an Irishman based in Australia. He's the WBO mandatory at 154lbs. Weetch is reputedly a tough clubfighter type who I haven't seen before.

Rohan Murdock is highly regarded although I've seen very little of him. Between he & Bilal Akkawy as to who is the best Super Middle in Australia.

I personally think Akkawy is better but they’re both similarly defensively flawed

    Good action in round 1.

Murdock hit flush with some big punches.
