Mansilla won round 1 in my book, a bit surprising how close that first round was

Clear Murdock round in round 2.

The other guy is dangerous though.

Murdock is starting to boss this, but his style is going to keep Mansilla in this

    Rounds 3 & 4 to Murdock.

Not sure how much the other guy has left.

He does have power but is starting to wane.

Murdock hit with some huge punches in round 5.

The Argentinian is still in it.

    Rounds 6 & 7 to Murdock clear.

    5-2 Murdock after 7.

I’m impressed with how durable Mansilla has been but he’s definitely starting to look like he could go at any moment

Mark Flanagan vs David Light Auckland 18 May for WBO oriental CW. Who wins? Light is 11-0 but untested. Beat Lance Bryant today by ko.

Rounds 8, 9 & 10 to Murdock but the Argentinian did land some decent punches.

    Credit to the Argentinian.

Very willing, courageous & worthy as an opponent.

Murdock very fit & maintained a good pace throughout.

    Official scores: 99-91, 99-91, 100-90. UD Murdock.

    I had it 98-92 Murdock.

Light almost lost to Daniel Tai, which really caused me to sour on him but maybe he’s improved considerably since then. Seems like it’d be a step too soon from what I’ve seen

Dennis Hogan v Jamie Weetch 12 rounds Junior Middleweight

R1 Hogan 10-9. Weetch looks stronger & hits harder. Hogan busier.
R2 Hogan 10-9. Weetch looks good enough to spring an upset. Hogan round though.
R3 Hogan 10-9. Weetch landed a big right hand that hurt Hogan. Weetch is a live opponent.
R4 Hogan 10-9. Weetch landed another big right hand. The upset's on if he keeps landing them.
R5 Hogan 10-9. Hogan's best round. Then gets flattened with a body shot after the bell.
R6 Hogan 10-9. Hogan in control. Weetch perhaps unsettled by the previous action after the bell.
R7 Hogan 10-9. I thought the fight turning feral would suit Weetch. It hasn't.
R8 Hogan 10-9. Hogan has fought with a much harder edge since getting dropped after the bell.
R9 Hogan 10-9. Hogan looking comfortable now. Weetch has done well but it won't be enough.
R10 Hogan 10-9. Weetch throws Hogan to the canvas. Appeared to land a good body shot also.
R11 Hogan 10-9. Hogan's dominated since the after the bell exchange.
R12 Hogan 10-9. Weetch threatening through 5. Thereafter all Hogan.

    120-108 Hogan for mine.

Weetch would be a tough test for guys like Zerafa & Tszyu in Australia. Gave a good account of himself.

    Official scores: 117-111, 118-110 & 119-109 Hogan UD.

I saw Dennis Hogan's last fight. This one was more entertaining. Good win for him.
