Aye, I watched it. I missed the first episode, but I caught most of the second one when I got in earlier on. & I have to agree, its a good show. & Amir comes across as a good guy, but I still wish Limond had KO'd his ass I have never had a problem with Khan though. I hope he goes on to have a great career, unless he fights another scot. & I got the impression Khans trainer( I forgot his name) couldnt be arsed teaching those bad lads, & who can blame him? But it was nice to see that the bad lads look like they are slowly changing for the better. Oh, & its funny how the bad lads suddenly arent so bad when they are talking to the big built muslim friend of Khan! Thought it was funny when he accidentaly crushed on of their hands whilst shaking it
Amsterdam my good man, I have been on the drink this past couple of days, Im not speaking fluent anything! I was pishing myself laughing at some of my posts yesterday, I was so drunk after a night drinking the MD 20/20 & cans of Double Dutch & seen myself arguing with guys on the Lounge, priceless ****in love a good drunken ESB free for all! However, in all seriousness my scottishness should never be called into question. "ba ra way, wee ando's comin back soon fur a mad scrap wi' a wee englander, an' ma moneys oan ando tae noke seven bells a' **** oot ae hum! then wee Simmys gonnae fight Morris, & hes gonnae haun his erse tae him! A ****in pummelin is oan the cerds there, wee simmy will blooter that wee fanny! an a will be there goin clean aff ma nut aw suited up tae **** cus its fur charity:smoke
Not bad for a half european half american, & thats the truth! You sounded scottish until "tae foight" that sounds more irish than scottish. But your not far away, if I was a teacher I would award you a B+ for that attempt at scots banter:good
Yeah, it is. It's not a bad prgram, but I get the impression that Amir's made to give talks to the boys more than he really wants to. It obviously doesn't come naturally and sounds a bit forced as a result. Still, it's good to see him doing something like this; whether it's for publicity or not, the outcome's still positive.
I think its a really good show. The lads are changing. The first paranoid guy has gone and Paddy is the weak link now. Its a shame what happened with the lads when they went out. The street life is still all they know. What I found ****ING INTERESTING was how they have now taken to faith. I'm not religious but its interesting. Faith has given them some guidance. The Muslim and Christian guy aren't preaching their religion, they are just using it as a vehicle to teach their principles i.e. hard work, charity etc Its a really good show. Faith and fighting are what make Khan who he is and it appears it could help these lads to become good guys. Thankfully its a one hour show which really shows us quite a bit. First week I thought it was ok but this week it grew on me more. Hopefully they will move it an hour earlier now, its on too late. I've got work the next day I agree with Snorkel, Khan isn't a natural show man with his words but his fame is making him be so. I love seeing how many times Khan says na what I mean.
