I'd cut him some slack for a couple of weak defenses of the title, hell in this day and age I might even overlook 5 or 6 sham defenses.....

.........but twelve?

This guy has held the title for over 5 years. There's no way in hell this goes on for that long and is solely the promoter's fault.

If he wanted a meaningful fight he could have easily done something about it.

 

In which case I'll employ someone to kill Erdei.

 

this guy is a fraud. he's held the title hostage and will continue fighting powder puffs until he retires or until his mandatories are filled by nothing but dangerous opponents. Tavoris Cloud would decapitate this fool. I hope he fights Tavoris

 

The quality of his opponents in the first 2 1/2 years of his title reign was quite good (with the sole exception of Murdoch) but beginning with Santiago in 2007 it went down the drain rapidly.

 

Erdei's an adult. He could become a free agent at any time or decide to move to the US and start training there to build on his legacy instead of earning euros in high risk low reward fights. F*ck him. I wish him the worst luck in the world.
