i've only seen this guys fight against kelvin davies, what's the buzz? could he have challenged the likes of haye and cunningham at CW? is he the yanks best prospect at HW if/when he moves up?

I think he needs 10 more fights before taking on a guy Haye but think he can hold his own with Cunningham even at this point. Talent wise I think he is the real deal but I would like too see him in there in a good tough 10 rounder with some one like Ding. I think the next USA heavyweight champ will come up from the 200 pounders these guys are tough and skilled and in shape and at 6'2 fields can hold his own with most of heavyweights out there.:hat

Same here - need to see more than just his Friday Night Fight KO of an over the hill Davis.

    Nice to hear it.

I think Fields might end up a contender CW by the end of 2008, if he keeps his ascention.

At 25 y old he should stay another two years at CW before moving up.
