He said this was probably his last fight,,,He does'nt want to become a stepping stone for young fighters...Eric never ducked a challenge in his career...He fought Roy Jones, Fabrice Tiozzo , Danny Green , Glenn Catley , Mikkel Kessler , Markus Beyer , Vinny Pazienza , and tonight Librado Andrade...He is a true warrior and we don't see often that kind of fighter anymore...War Eric Enjoy your retirement!!!:bbb:happy

Lucas is a tough fighter, and hopefully he goes out with a victory!! Saw him against Kessler years ago...Wish him the best.

It was not for economics reasons but only for the love of boxing why Lucas has return in the ring. He believed that he could compete with today's elite and he looked so confident that I had begin to believe me too. But Andrade, maybe not at his peak, is always dangerous and I am also glad for his victory. These two mens are boxing from the heart: One goes for retirement but the other can see new possibilities.
    Thanks, mr Eric Lucas.:thumbsup

He has done so much for the Quebec boxing scene... and sadly, his famous fight with Beyer - what a shame -
    Good luck ANDRADE!
