Erik Morales=1 tough son of a !!!!!

I love Erik. He's twice the man I'll ever be, and I commend him on any future efforts, but he hasn't got it left in him to win another title. I watched him against Limond, and he was actually troubled early on. Ring rust? Maybe, but he's also a shot item.

After having that Barrera/Morales chat show translated, I think Erik was trying to bait Barrera into a 4th fight. Saying he only fought for 10 seconds every round in their first fight, and that the judges did their job properly.

 

I wondered how Erik's fights would have turned out if he would have fought manny BEFORE barrera...that would have been interesting to say the least

 

While my love for Erik is very close to my love for Frankie Sandford, if he fights a champion at 140 it will be more Duran-Joppy than Duran-Moore. Yes he'll turn up for one hell of a fight but he won't be able to do it.

That first video is really good by the way. I don't even mind the music

Can anyone actually say they do not like Morales? I mean they say if you dont have haters you are doing something wrong but i honestly dont remember anyone hating on Morales ever.

Has anyone ever hated Morales?? I would think some *******s did after the first fight but to be honest i dont even remember hearing hate after that fight.

morales fought everyone and even when fights were easy he mad ethem hard and made them wars yes he could of lasted longer if he just boxed alot of them but he wanted to keep the crowd happy thats why you cant hate him

if theres one thing that annoys me when my mates argue about boxing is them comparing morales barrera and pacquiao prime for prime
ye barrera and morales but quite clearly pacquiaos prime is above 140 at the lower weights if morales was in his prime hed have probably won with ease

gotta love him watched every fight of his my second fave fighter off all tiem just behind barrera

 

Barrera was an awesome fighter, no wonder Hamed lost to him.

 

I remember seeing this fight, but from a different angle. It looked like a brutal decapitation when I saw it the first time I remember spilling my beer. I remember Chacon was a good, technical fighter fresh off a win over a good Mexican champion I can't recall who, but Morales was in his prime and fast enough to catch Chacon. It was a brutal ko.

 

Any fighter out there that could be a possible Morales??

I would say Vasquez-Marquez are similar to he and Barrera but neither one of those 2 fit the mold to Morales style. Maybe Marquez somewhat.

WE need another Morales. Imagine a Morales in the WW-SMW division right now.
