What did Pacquaio do to deserve the clearly intentional headbutt the first time they fought? Pac never fought dirty. Never trash talked. When MAB gets frustrated, he acts that way on top of the ring.
True...He was well within his rights after Bobby Boy punked his family. No matter his actions before and after fights, no one will ever question Morales as a dirty fighter during fights, which is when it actually matters. Not once do I remember him taking shots below the belt intentionally or hitting on the break. The same can't be said about his archrival Barrera however. Proof? Pacquiao I and Hamed...not to mention his corner's disgraceful actions throwing water at Junior Jones after MAB got KOd.
So what's your explanation for hitting Pacquiao on the break in their first AND second fights? Let me guess, Manny provoked it.
I thought Morales did this because this guy said or did something along the lines of "I refuse to shake hands with anyone that drinks the water from Tijuana?"
Morales is everyone's daddy. Morales never cheated during a fight. So he posed next to a dude talking mad **** about him, his family and hometown. Big deal, the ******* provoked him.To the guy who said he will always be in MAB shadow is ****ing crazy.
If the guy really said that, then its only right what Erik did. I'd feel really insulted if someone said that **** to me.
That was nothing. It was funny though. lol Morales never fought dirty so what's so bad about a pose? Barrera is a dirty ******* and I can't stand him.
Morales has always had class as a fighter but as a person hes a dick but I suppose I understand considering the sport hes in emotions are all over.
Correct me if I am wrong, but Barrera lobbied the ref for the DQ vs Pac, threw on the break and headbutted him as well, and fought to survive in the rematch more than to win, at least Morales went down swinging for the fences in a blaze of honor and glory in their third match. I can't remember them exactly, but I can remember seeing some threads with some really just plain dumb quotes from Barrera regarding Pacquiao trying to belittle him, but in a real dumb and classless way. Pacquiao has more class than either of them and for the most part shows a lot of respect for his opponents in and out of the ring even in the face of trash talk. But its fun to have all kinds of personalities, trash talkers and guys that always take the high road, so I am not complaining.
You all come to Morales defence by making note of what Barrera used to back in his day. Forget Barrera, and that clip still remains classless and I for one ain't going to try and justify by saying the guy beat his brother in a match before. atsch
Nobody even mentioned Barrera and then all of a sudden people stopped addressing my question, and just brought up facts about Morales greatest rival. It's ridiclious.
anyone got the vid of the press conference brawl between mab&morales, ive got it on an old video but havent seen it 4 awhile.
It's just a natural reaction like Gatti-Ward. Can't think of one without thinking of the other. At the end of the day, they both had their dirty qualities about them...but it's also what made their rivalry such an awesome experience to see.
