Will Morales come with anything against your very average champ David Diaz? I am skeptical Morales has got anything left. He really was destroyed by Pacman last time out.

His legs look so bad I cant see him beating even Diaz at a weight he didnt look good at.

I think Diaz will pound on him badly. Morales has no defense and doesn't have the power to even buzz a much bigger man like Diaz.

Morales was hard-pressed and needed Velocity the last time getting to 130 against Pac. He is more comfortably suited for lightweight, and where more would he start his 4th belt than the weakest link at 135?

Morales is hungry to go out with a bang, and a fighter that is on a quest for glory and redemption would be hard to beat. You'll be believers after this one.

Morales by D or late TKO.

Did u see his last Lightweight fight ? He looked like a DLH did agianst Sturm and was just as uncoordinated and slow then as he has been recently agianst Manny Pac.

Despite his ko of Santa Cruz, Diaz doesn't have huge power. You have to think though, that Morales is just completely shot.

I could see Diaz badly outworking and giving him a sustained beating, ala' Gomez/Gatti, but not having the power to ko Morales.

That's an ugly, but unfortunately highly possible scenario.

Of course. Anyone fighting a Raheem would be in a stylistic nightmare! And El Terrible deserved the benefit of the doubt on that one as it was his first fight at 135.

Now let's see how he fares on this one, and reserve the judgment post-fight...:deal

El Terrrible is just gonna look plain terrible, or at least that's what I think.

As a PacFan of course I would like nothing more than to see EM win convincingly. An embarassing loss will fuel the PacHaters who will say..."see. look how shot EM is, Pac would have never stood a chance 4 years ago".
