The part about all of this nonsense I don't understand is that Arum was the 1st to mention this and he and goldenboy don't have a good business relationship so how would Arum know this info?

Arum wasn't the first to mention this. Eric Gomez was quoted as saying Morales and Mayweather were in negotiations. Arum took that and put his own little spin on it. Though he did say Morales would confirm it, and it's odd Morales has now come out and said what he said. Maybe he did have inside knowledge.

 

It gets around. Arum is a top promoter. Not hard to imagine he'd know something like that.
