Looks like Khan will have to face Matthysse (a much better opponent than Morales) if he wants that WBC belt! Mind you, we shouldn't count out Morales that easily. You know, styles make fights, and all. If he can handle Maidana, there's no reason to believe he won't have a bit of success against Matthysse.

****ing hell, every time one opponent drops out, a much better one steps in. Morales is a warrior to the end.

Matthysse was unlucky not to get the wins against Zab and Alexander - one of the best, hardest-hitting guys at 140.

 

I just seen this and was gonna post it. GREATTTT fight and just made the Ortiz/ Mayweather card even better. Def one of the best cards in recent years. But sadly I dont like Morales' chances in this. Matthysse IMO is better then Maidana and is a little faster and throws straighter punches. Still gonna be a great fight and I hope the same Morales from the Maidana fight shows up. Possinle FOTY on the undercard of the event of the year. Lets do this!!!!!!!!
